Bereve uses only 100% Swiss Made calibre, based on Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier movements. This manufacturer is famous in the whole world of Haute Horlogerie for its prestigious name and its high quality in construction and functionality.
Bereve uses the automatic ref.BV02 movement to mark hours and minutes. It has a 11 ½ lignes (26.2 mm) diameter and supports a fast rotation double barrel. This calibre has a variable inertia balance, which guarantees better quality of the running time and a power reserve spanning more than 50 hours.
The movement is made out of 189 components and 28 rubies. It has a frequency of 4 Hz, 28,800 vibrations per hour (VPH). Every timepiece is adjusted for each of the five positions. This procedure is fundamental to Haute Horlogerie and guaranteed only by the most high-quality manufacturers.
Bevels, counterbores and apertures are diamond-polished, as required by finest watchmaking. All the surfaces, visible from the case-back, display a “Côtes de Genève en éventail” finishing that enhances the elegance and uniqueness of each Bereve watch.
Visible and non-visible elements are handled with the same techniques and care, because our Company believes in creating every single component with the highest standards.
The rotor is made of tungsten and rotates through a sophisticated system which uses ceramic ball bearing.
Every BV02 Bereve movement is numbered and guaranteed with a three-year warranty.
